This case is no different than if someone supplied and sold one of us large amounts of pain killers, without us having prescriptions, and we overdose. The suppliers, get in major trouble for supplying the drugs illegally. Why shouldnt these drug suppliers face consequences, others would, if it was one of us, our suppliers would go to prison too or face major consequences. Well it’s a large network and organized criminality. You can’t destroy all text messages these days because of court orders and search warrants with phone companies.
