Best way to water a bonsai tree is to take it out of the pot and sit it in a thin layer water until the water is absorbed. If you use a tub like the celebrations at Christmas tub to fill the water about 1.5cm depth and put the entire tree (pick up out of the current pot) put it in the celebrations tub then after it’s absorbed, put it back into its pot. Do this once every 2 weeks or when it’s looking abit sad (leaves dropping) and tuddahhhhh the happiest bonsai you’ll ever see xo

Hey joe you probably won’t see this but that’s okay please like so joe can see this. So as I have a bonsai myself I do know how to look after it. Dip the bottom of the like pot bit into water once a week and that should do it also for Sugg life I really like when there was just plain colored jumpers with just Sugg life in the corner like you had before I really liked that. Poor Bonsai is parched, needs water, treat like any other plant , the big thing about them is trimming with intention to make it look like a full grown tree. Check out a few videos on trimming them.

For Bonsai trees they need a LOT of water every week. I used to work at a Garden Centre and we were instructed to water them by dunking the whole pot/plant together in a bath of cold water (like a sink or bucket) until all the bubbles disappear. Then you repeat this once a week. You can also get nutrients specifically for Bonsai trees to keep them healthy and waxy, although this is not necessary! Good luck with all your plant babies!
