hear me out, harbor’s moving wall should stun (only when its moving) and slow for a longer slow then currently used when still, that way you can retake as harbor and its like a concussive wave which seems in line with character and the water aspect

I think it would be too strong, because the harbor would see the barrel of the enemy for an even longer period of time before the enemy was able to see him.

@@callmeqt1269 the wall doesnt stay up forever but with the slow it would prevent people from pushing giving him more ability, just dont push, or be confident in your ability and the buff doesnt do too much is how im thinking it would work, like how viper walls decay de-incentivizes aggressiveness

@@stickyfingaas4555 yeah this makes sense, like its a stun but your screen is blurred and you're slowed, but your screen doesnt move, which is a kinda nerfed stun. Also if you use cove on fracture A it stays up for longer, since theres water next to the pyramids

7:34 Dc's in val are a huge problem IMO. I feel like you shouldn't lose rr fom a dc'ed player on your team. People might say, oh, then people would DC to Not lose RR. Simple enough, the people who DC in the game, get the queue ban, and RR loss, as long as it is intentional. You can tell when it is an intentional DC because you have to agree to leaving the game and risk of penalty before you can close valorant. EVEN if you ALT+F4. Therefore, you can tell it is intentional. Now, for technical DC's there really is no way to tell if it was legit. Someone could turn off their computer or restart their router to fake the technical issues. So my solution to this is that you dont lose RR, twice a day (You still get queue penalty for DC tho-) But if a tech issue happens more than twice a day, you lose rr just like an intentional DC. After all this game was built around "competitive integrity", yet people still lose RR for a Disconnected player when that gives a CLEAR disadvantage for the team with the DC, making the game unfair and unenjoyable. This is just my opinion on the matter, and my idea on how to fix the issue. Istg if i see one "Skill issue" reply I'm going to slap a catfish.
