I think the handle bar issue is from the bike being lowered improperly meaning the forks are off in height slightly. That plus a steering stabilizer over adjusted could be the cause.
@Hullakajood Жыл бұрын
that sounds exactly like what's wrong with it
@wishesm3 Жыл бұрын
That seems to be it. Would this be an easy fix?
@lonniejoraskie4440 Жыл бұрын
@@wishesm3 Well the first one would be to get a steel measuring tool ,and measure the height of the extended shock they should match exactly... if not they need to be readjusted to match. This is like having a leg a little longer then the other and would make it hard to walk same premise here. The other I would have a mechanic look at as I have never adjusted a stabilizer before ,and that's just being honest.

highly recommend learning on a smaller bike. i started on a grom. i learned how to scrape the 12 bar on that and now i can scrape my FZ07 and zx636. It's worth taking the time to learn how to control the bike/brake properly.
@Gixxer_K6 Жыл бұрын
If you wanna learn clutch ups you gotta go to a stunt guy or someone thats really good on wheelies. I learnt from a guy that is like a really good stunt rider and teaches on your own bike. So on my gsxr 750 he just told me in what rpms i had to keep it when i do the clutch up. So when i practice i just had the rpm in my mind and it was soo easy after. You got it tho!💪🏼
@wishesm3 Жыл бұрын
Ooo this is good to know. That would definitely help
@not.oneofdem Жыл бұрын
what rpms was it?
@Gixxer_K6 Жыл бұрын
@@not.oneofdem in 1st gear for me it was from 5 to 6000 rpm when i dumped the clutch. around 50 km/h speed. in 2nd gear riding around 50km/h you had to go till 12000 rpm or so. If you play with it je notice the front getting up than its just a matter of giving more throtle
@bikerboy996 Жыл бұрын
youre trying to clutch it up too late in the rpm. in 1st gear it can come up at like 3500, if youre trying it in first turn the traction control to like 2 but just stay away from first. practice in 2nd going 35-45, it will teach you a real clutch up, youre still kinda power wheeling. you were saying how it doesnt feel steady and feels a little out of control, thats because youre at the top of the rpm. the lower the rpm the more control you will have, therefore try 2nd gear. its alot safer and comfy trust love the vids

i own a cbr600 and when i threw new tires on the front and rear it was very stiff like you were saying for a while until they broke in so that could be the reason why it feels the way it does

The reason the bike does that is bc it's lowered for doing drags and stuff so it doesn't power wheelie at high speed on u so it won't corner very well because of it
@anzekranjc331211 ай бұрын
It's just cause of being lowered, it messes with the balance and weight distribution of the bike and it loads the forks improperly so it handles wayy differently and it feels like shit until you get used to it but even then it's still much more dangerous than stock

Check for a steering stabilizer on the steering prob bike. also, not sure how the front axel works on that model, but I had a KX250 (dirt bike) that would pull if you didn't get the front axel seated perfectly. We spent a month chasing that gremlin. It's not something that stands out visually.

LITERALLY, yeah no steering damper but it was lowered such a odd bike

you’re trying to wheelie very late in the rpms. the wheel will come up way easier in 1st at around 3-3.5k and clutching up to 6k or u could try second gear around 40mph in second and clutch up. thats how i learned
@lonniejoraskie4440 Жыл бұрын
Try to clutch up at 3-4500 rpm because your not on the right bike to come up at 9k+

Sometimes the brake cables and other electrical wires can be routed the wrong way from factory making the bike hard to turn my mt had the throttle and brake lines ran wrong making it hard to turn .the leaning and bars moving I have no clue .

I'm pretty sure your bike was built for 2 wheels for a reason. Just try to imagine your self getting up to good speed to improve the wheelie, with a big smile on your face. Only to drop your front end too hard, as you find yourself flying over once contoled front wheel. Of course it happens to be a warm day and your sleeveless t-shirt introduces your bare skin to rough old pavement. Of course, if you happen to slide & role at say 70 mph. A possible broken back, a broken knee & a snapped neck. The many driving cars who don't even see bikes makes it hard enough to stay on two wheels let alone one wheel. Just a thought...

U can't do clutch ups very good woth that clutch lever. U need impaktech. Forget asv. 😅😊 I'm self taught. Just one bump at a time. Higher and higher. Also instead of turning the throttle. U need to tilt ur wrist upwards like 10° then as u pull back u wrist flattens out but gives u a more controllable throttle. All in one motion.
@wishesm3 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for this, I will have to give the wrist thing a try and look into those levers :)

Youre going way to fast, way to high in rpms. You should be ins 2nd gear, MAYBE 3rd, going around 20-30. You need to be in the beggining of the power band to get the front up, trying at 12k rpms is already past that prime zone.
