I've seen other people's reactions to Initial D and the difference is that they just react to the shows for the sake of it, doesn't matter if they're into cars or not. Jay over here he's not into cars but he's enjoying the the show and celebrating all of the moments and we all are celebrating and enjoying the show with him too. I think for me a good reaction channel is where both the audience and the reactor themselves are enjoying and celebrating the show and it should all always be 2 way reaction and Jay is one of them. If the audience is enjoying and celebrating the show whereas the reactor is like "ok thats cool, next!" and vice versa then that's not a good reaction channel or community.

The silver car in this episode was an S15 Silvia, which was a major improvement over the S14 (Kenta's car). A completely stock S15 was about as fast, if not, faster than a factory spec R32 and could also keep up with a stock Evo 4. The lighting bolt symbol was commonly used on Nissan performance cars, specifically those with an "R" spec. The R32 came with the same badge.

That banger music used last vid was called "Forever Young" (Weird since it says Forever together more often than not). The first new car in this ep is called the Subaru WRX STI, "STI" being the top end trim level of the WRX's. The second car is the S15. The "lightning bolt" was the logo Nissan used to use for their old cars. Same said for the R32.

Also, the “Lightning Bolt” car is actually a Nissan Silvia. It’s a later model of the same car Iketani drives. Iketani drives an S13 Silvia and the dude was driving an S15 Silvia.

I don't think there're any other channels which I get so excited about when they upload but yours..., oh what a feeling :D Also sorry to hear about the camry, of course I don't know nothing about it, and how you drive, but a simple tip to keep an engine much longer healthy is to drive it with ease until it gets to temp (like don't really go above 2 or 2.5k, I don't know if that can be done with an automatic, I always driven manuals😅), and of course do the oil change when it's necessary. I won't try to express how excited I am for the rest of the episodes, because I literally can't :D

I get excited to see the homie Nandor's comments on the upload that he's excited for, so it's an equal exchange 😁 I've been keeping up with the oil changes, maybe it's something I could've figured out sooner because it would lose oil overtime everytime by the time I'd do the next one which Im guessing damage was happening during the low oil times? idk but I'll be sure to take care of the next car for sure. I'll admit I did sometimes start driving on a cold engine I just started lol thanks for this advice man! I got more episodes on the way this show is getting GOOD

@@JayKReacts yes, it's very harmful for an engine to have little oil in it, because that's what lubricates the moving metal parts, and if it's not there the wearing will be exceptionally faster, for example the oil rings (which are there to keep the oil out of the combustion chamber) start to wear out, and oil can pass next to them, into the combustion chamber. Then the vehicle starts burning oil (blue smoke from the exhaust) and no matter that you drive for example 50k miles, your engine is going to look like on the inside like 200k miles. So it's definitely worth checking your oil, and making sure there's no leaks on the engine, and also if it can be done, also avoid shutting down the engine cold. I hope this will help you a little in the future😁

The blue car is a subaru inpreza WRX STI, its an All wheel drive car, just like an evo... There is a big cometition between evo and wrx drivers about which car is better, since they are so simular... Also, another fun fact, subaru uses boxer engines. Normal inline engines (like an evo uses) have as the name sugests, all cylinders in line, but boxer has half the cylinders on each side, 180 deegrees from each other, meaning it can be mounted lower down and inprove the handling. It comes at a cost of greater complexity... Its called "boxer" becouse from the top down view the pistons look like boxers hands punching

S15 Silvia has 2 different trim level, Spec-S and Spec-R. Spec-S has natural aspirated 2.0L 4-cylinder Nissan SR20DE combined with 5-speed MT, which produces about 200HP. Spec-R has Turbocharged 2.0L 4-cylinder Nissan SR20DET with 6-speed MT, which produces about 250HP. That silver S15 is Spec-R with no stock spoiler attached.

Oof about the engine... Maybe put in a high reving one? XD. For real though, do have a look at the cost of a used engine and the labor cost to put it in and weight it against the cost of the next car you plan to buy if things go south since sometimes you might unlucky with the the car you get if the owner has neglected preventitive mantainence. Like it might be cheap, but you would spend loads more repairing it in the future.

Yes the 85 with turbo is harder to drive than an 86 without turbo because the turbo doesnt have the same kind of response, it needs to spool up by throttle so depending on the turbo's size the reliability is different, a small turbo would give better response and less lag when spooling on contrary to big turbo like wataru has in his 86 (which is why he fishtails his rear on corner exits to control the turbo lag).
