Big Cat sets an incredible tone with his work ethic and attitude in Chicago. They need a leader in NY who is first to arrive, last to leave, always down for creating good content, motivates the rest. They dont have that esp with Dave forced to live in FL for 6 months a year and KFC whos not a workaholic (dont blame him, I'd be same way with that bankroll)
