@@crg4707 Accent though. Aron's is way more pronounced. Yeah, everyone speaks English,and I applaud that, but you can usually still identify a swede by their obviously non-native flair.

EU countries and Norway have made it such a priority to get a "good boy" tap on the head from the US (and fellatio trump) that our governments have made it more important to learn and speak fluent English than our own languages. If anything, we sound like either British or from the US, depending on the EU country. But it is a sad reality. The Netherlands is trying to back pedal on that initiative as of recently but they went too far and now the younger generations have zero interest in speaking Dutch. It's all English now.
