The only believable scene is literally the rock pulling those chains. Technically, we humans have the raw strength to break and bend metal. However, our brain puts a limit on us so that our insides don't suffer from our strength. So I'm willing to suspend belief and accept that the Rock's Character's insides are just built differently, and as a result, his character doesn't have the subconscious strength limit that normal people have.
