This is cap...there's footage of Traci throwing one back in 93 to "Who Do I Turn To." I don't remember the name of the song, but they also threw a 16 count during Boombox in 2007. Danielle can be credited for reintroducing 16's, but the Dolls were doing 16's long before her.

The catch-on at 3:02 isn’t April. It’s credited to Beatriz. Beatriz accidentally remixed a catch-on during 2012 Bayou Classic Battle of the Bands. They debuted it as a catch-on in 2013, which is probably why some people assume April created it.
