Got a couple updates regarding Joey McCoy. His personal Facebook page was found in a City Pop group. Luckily, he seems to be alive, with a daughter too. Looks like he retired in Honolulu. While he hasn’t posted anything public since 2017, I think it’s safe to say he is alive. Also, RateMyMusic credits Joey to be involved behind the scenes in some Anri albums up to 2003. I’m quite surprised he didn’t have any major projects in-between 1992 and 2003 though.

I wish there was more info on joey, he's the only one that has completely disappeared after omega tribe (I am a massive fan of this band). Maybe he is dead after all. And finding the full version of the "joey mccoy and friends" album would be awesome also. There is only one song from it on the internet kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYbUd62Ch5qCecU. All of the songs on this album seem to be covers of kiyotaka and omega tribe songs. Hopefully someday we can hear them.

Joey McCoy is an amazing musician, Sugiyama Kiyotaka & Omega Tribe and Carlos Toshiki & Omega Tribe are my absolute favourite bands of all time. Your video has also helped me get into Castlevania, so I thank you!

Y'know if Konami wanted to make a few extra dollary-doos, they COULD re release all these CV Perfect Selection albums globally through iTunes officially for those who don't know the "high seas" very well (or pay an arm & leg for physical copies floating around ebay/dscogs) IDK.
