I'm not sure about your take on Gehlee's skills but girl can SING bruh! Based on what I heard so far she really got pretty tone and has potential to be powerful if trained properly. She also can control it and adds any character to it and she's really stable. Stage presence is also a skill she might not good at dancing yet but she knows how to properly carry herself, there's a lot of idols that has skills but lacks stage presence. Dancing is something she can learn in a short period of time but the charisma, confidence, and stage presence she was born with it and takes time for normal people to have such that's why the judges love her.

gehlee vocals is fine it needs more practice though, her dance needs so much more improvement it's her weakest point. Her visual and popularity is the only thing maintaining her spot. Not to mention she seems to be the judges favorite which is solely base on her visuals. She's having that Tzuyu treatment from Sixteen.
