Report to whom? The game is made for cheaters to cheat. Nobody is being banned for years now. You can literally see same people cheating for years and they never ever get banned. Driver 9828, The Cobra, Legend Killer, etc. Those are just a couple of famous cheaters who cheat every single day for years. Enjoying playing this crap of a game.

Nevera is still better because better handling, drifting and microdrift. Plus the difference between their accel, top speed and recovery is very small, not really a difference. That's why players tend to use Nevera more than Owl.

All EV's including Faraday and deus have slow 0-200 kmph accel than other petroleum cars with high accel from start which matters in mp while rest accel EVs are fast with very good speed recoveries 😢

I think it's a good balance, and I prefer and think speed recovery is a better advantage than acceleration
