Also you underestimated the Queens. They were surviving partially because they were Transfusing lings and more importantly the Honor Guard, and then the mid line Other Queens and the one roach in your midst. It wasn't the dps, it was the healing

In the queen game, with the amount of light units and Marines, Roaches would've actually just cooked as the mid line after the lings and Zealots. Esp with the att spd slow and anti-light. The Queens keep them topped up, and the adaptive plating keeps them alive
