Sometimes i feel very lonely because i am still hoping that one day, someone will give me that shoulder that i use to give to other in order to them to feel loved and healed. Sometimes i am hoping that a person will come and give me back the same treatment but...i am always disappointed by their lack of deepness and maturity. I realised that i will never find this kind of warmth and sincerity elsewhere than myself. Today, i accept that i might be my own mentor and nobody can help me. I accept that if i need help i will ask my "invisible " master or god. But it is so hard when you need someone's arm to cry to and could understand the deepness of soul...those arms will never be here for me. I am the only one to nurture myself, to parent myself, to marry myself, to support myself...everything... this is how i learnt to know me from each piece of my body and soul. I am enough for me.

You know, I don't really wanna take responsibility lol but I'm gonna share to you what I've learned so far. A counselor once told me, "If you feel light after making a decision, then that is the right path for you." So, if you've truly decided to take psychology and you've felt lighter after making that decision, then psychology is truly meant for you. But if you feel heavy (i.e., something feels off or doesn't feel right), then it isn't for you. You and I are quite similar. My parents wanted me to pursue law. So I lied to myself and denied what I ever truly wanted. I forced myself to love law. But it backfired. It made me miserable. And after 2 years of law school, I quit! Any mention of law and I'll go 😡🤬😤😥😢😰😨😭😭😭😭 Just take comfort that nothing is certain in life, so follow what FEELS right. After all, taking the "right path" isn't a guarantee that you'll be successful. Imagine, if the world is on your side, what would you rather do? You could totally disregard everything I've said here. A mere stranger doesn't know you better than you do. Just look within, and follow your own truth. Don't make hasty decisions; sleep on it first. And if you've felt later on that the decision isn't for you, then take a different turn (and never feel bad about it; that's totally okay!). Remember, life is a marathon, not a sprint. I wish you the best!

@@latae3699 I know how you feel. Convincing the parents is really the hardest part. I actually had a talk with them; it was alright. They even managed to convinced me to just take a few subjects. I agreed, but the very next day, the moment I woke up, my heart felt inexplicably heavy. So, I didn't enroll. When they found out, they never talked to me for weeks (I think 2-3 months, perhaps?) I didn't mean to scare you. But maybe your parents might be more accepting? I know our parents have high expectations for us, and disappointments are inevitable when expextations aren't met. But the good thing is, it's only temporary. All good parents only want what's best for their children. Eventually, they'll realize that your happiness is more important than you fulfilling their expectations. And if they see you succeed in something that you love (even if it isn't something they want), they'd be more proud. But if computer science is alright with you (i.e., do you feel at peace with computer science as well?), and you love learning psychology even without license, then why not study psychology in your spare time? Or get a course in psychology as free electives? Udemy offers psychology courses with certificate. Idk about Coursera and Domestika, but you may search for them online. I encountered some psychology topics on KZbin as well a while ago. Just remember: feeling trapped is an illusion (but easier said than done). You don't need to limit yourself with computer science just because it's your degree. There's nothing wrong with having a different field of interest outside your degree. I think it is more amazing to be well-rounded. So if you do not need to be a licensed or registered psychologist or psychometrician (or whatever it's called), just read as much psychology as you want! Just a key take away: The only person you need to be proud of you is yourself---your past, present and future self. Hahahha what's with me and these quotes xD anyway, didn't really expect you reading that. I pray that you'll be happy in whatever path you take

PILE THREE FOR THE WIN I can’t even believe how spot on it’s been. I am almost 8 months sober but have not changed much outside of that for the last 6 months. I’ve started trying to change my habits up big time and get into the gym, find work life balance and distance myself from toxic people. I’ve been eating better and sticking to a consistent gym schedule. One of my main goals is to feel as healthy as I can. Also just these past few months to a year alone some old deep wounds that were never properly healed with past relationships, traumas, etc, hit me like a ton of bricks by surprise. I have been working on being patient and easy with myself, feeling the emotions and just doing what I need to do to heal. I started a new and better job 2 months ago. Things are changing for the better and I’m literally jaw dropped at how every single thing you said aligns with where I’m at and where I am headed. Absolutely wild. I truly am starting to step into my higher self, meet myself half way bit by bit day by day and I truly am becoming unrecognizable from my former self-destructive self. Watching this in August and pile 3 is so relevant. Been going through a transformation for a while now and it feels like the end of the cycle is coming close. I've got 4 diseases that have kept me out of work, exercise, life most of the last 15 odd years but now they've diagnosed a nastier kidney disease. I won't live for more than a year, perhaps 2 if I'm lucky unless I start dialysis now. I'd always promised myself I wouldn't live with the help of machines so I decided not to. It's still scary and I don't want to die because my child just married and I'd love, love, love a grand baby but I just can't handle any more doctors and specialists, hospitals and tests you know what I mean? It's a hard decision but I want to have the courage to stick to it and stop listening to all these doctors. It's not them attached to stupid machines. I hope you're okay hun. Let me know okay 💜🌞

I just had all these ideas that came to me either yesterday or the day before (days tend to blend; because I'm quite a night owl - still working on that.) I started to realize that the playful side of me could merge with the business side, the spiritual side, and the warrior, and the healer side. I began to see that a lot of the experiences that I went through that didn't seem to go anywhere, gave me gifts and perceptions in a wide variety of areas, and that one of my strengths... SYNERGY... is coming to help me put all this together to not only move forward in my life, but birth something, perhaps, completely new. I realized that nobody will be able to copy what I'll bring to the world; because it required hundreds or more of hours of concentration and transformation on a near daily basis for years. I feel like this is divine timing; in that, if I would have acted on ideas before... they would have been half-baked or I just wouldn't have all of the Alchemical ingredients. I resonated with Pile 2 and 3; and am now looking at what elements of pile 1 I need to be paying attention to. Things don't resonate all the time in the readings; but I look at all of them, anyways, because I LOVE rocks; and I LOVE psychology and tarot and I'm just trying to learn as much as I can about myself and this field, in general. I've already studied some of numerology; so I'm trying to integrate those understandings with that of Tarot - interpretations from many different channels. I don't know if I'll be doing this kind of thing for other people; but the mystical, magickal life is something I've been drawn to my whole life.

Pile 2 is so on point with my journey. I have been made very aware recently of certain people and things that I no longer align with yet it’s something I’ve been mourning to let go of. Especially the people because I have so much love for them and great memories together but I just sense that I no longer belong there. I think I’ve been struggling against my intuition and spirit in this area and this reading really helped me get clearer on my path and confirm what I already knew to be true. Pile #4 and…just wow. Cannot put into words just how much this reading resonated. pile 2: for some reason this was a very defeating reading. i’ve been having a really hard last couple years, every time i attempted to stay positive i hit massive mood swings that spin me around. most recently over the last couple days i’ve been spiraling. my small steps of progress feel diminished. i fell back into self harm and negative self talk, the thought that this is all for reason is hard, why am i meant to trust that this pain will be good? it’s so hard, how am i supposed to believe things will be better when every time i genuinely believe it i get knocked down. i’m sorry it’s just so difficult to believe that spirit is guiding somewhere good with all of this, it’s more like it’s leading me to an early grave

Lmao I chose pile 3 and I am a bit hesitant to fully reveal my true self to others especially my parents. I was raised Christian my entire life but now I’m a pagan. You also mentioned Odin and the runes which was also another sign for me that this was my pile. But fully embracing myself is definitely something I need to do especially to my parents because they don’t know yet.
