FCB got around 500M or 600M Euros loan from Goldman Sachs at a very good 1.98% interest. FCB will get 40M on top of the 10M paid for Griezmann, around 30M for Trincao maybe. Minus Aguero's wages (i think it was around 5M), Umtiti around 9M (18M with taxes) , Coutinho 13M (26M with taxes). That's around 100M Euros freed up to sign other players. So far i think FCB are allowed to spend 16-20M in the winter transfer market. There's talk of swapping Dest (very bad player) for Ferran Torres + cash. FCB want at least 30M Euros per season for stadium naming rights and more for a new shirt sponsorhip deal, there are offers on the table... FCB, Real, Athletic, and one other club are proposing another TV rights deal, which will give clubs 2 billion Euros and is believed to be 15 times more lucrative than the CVC deal. Clubs will vote on it this month. Messi's wages were supposed to be paid by the money from CVC, but Laporta said it is a very bad deal, mortgaging the club's TV rights for the next 50 years so he refused it. FCB members will vote on the new Espai Barca project, believed to cost around 1.5 Billion Euros, construction will be 4 years, of wich the 1st year is to be played at the Johan Cruyff stadium.
