I’ve been watching for awhile. I have some real estate did well I’m 36 and have about 1 mill in real estate debt free started from tax deeds. How do you leverage debt ? Are you a debt free guy or what is your thoughts

I live in Australia (US Citizen though)... Is it possible to buy and manage a tax deed purchase remotely? (ie. use agents, mail services, attornies to manage the process).

Absolutely. Many county websites make this pretty easy, but even if they don't, you could always use a power of attorney to do this. I know Tony Durante does this: tonydurante.net/
