I sure would like to hear this teaching in it's entirety - I 100% agree - Gods word is clear about the male being the "head" of the home (& church) - just as Jesus is the Head of the church - women should not be the head or lead Pastor of a church - however in the south where I live women can't be pastors and I dont believe women are excluded from being pastors and several women are regarded as Paul in Roman's as playing a clear role in teaching Timothy and others . I was On Fire for the Lord about 12 years ago - I had sermons going on in my head constantly..was told by my Pastor he would be glad to help me become a pastor - but he didnt really mean it just simply didnt have the guts to tell me he didnt agree with me becoming a pastor - well I'm still a pastor just dont have a title - we are all called "a choose generation" "a royal priesthood" - we are called to spread the gospel to GO make disciples..i wish people would stop using the gospel to justify their wrong doctorines and it goes to both extremes..

Too many women in this world are treated horrible by men. Our culture demeans men and women and marriage. So thankful for the many good men in America that hold our country together.

That's the way it SHOULD be unfortunately many women such as myself are on our own . We trust in the Lord to show us the way, we study the word and we pray because our husbands do not. Someone has to lead...I wish it was different.

Been there, done that. My husband died 2 yrs ago almost to the day. I miss him so much & I wish I could go back and change a few things I did wrong because of my lack of teaching. Thank the Lord He directed me to Dr Andy!😀

Please don’t let this get you discouraged. Continue to pray for your husband. I was there and I held onto verse 1 Peter 3 and prayed without ceasing. My husband is born again and living for the Lord. It wasn’t easy but the praying and waiting was so worth it. Be encouraged, that God can do the impossible.🙏🏻🙌❤️

I feel this teaching is one of the most needed teachings anywhere.Strong Godly leadership first in the home, then the church and then the community is needed and even required, Biblically. I will never forget the strong Godly leadership of the men in my family and in my church family.

I am 65 years old, I was a young lady when the feminist movement was on a fast track. In the 70s, I began to see the emasuculation of men. These days, the emasculation of men is accelerated and coming at men in every way possible. 🙁

Who cares about male headship? Well, my Ex didnt. Even though i never made a big deal about it, she clearly did not want a man to be a man in her life. Sad.

God uses the principle of seniority in dealing with accountability; that principle used to be honored not only in spiritual matters but in the workplace just a couple generations ago. Now it seems to be virtually ignored, to the detriment of our understanding this matter. Who is responsible and how can the present thinking of the majority be corrected? This teaching should ne connected to that in 1Corinthians 11 where this principle is to be honored in corporate worship: the man is to have his head uncovered and the woman is to have her head and hair covered. Women obeyed for centuries. but there was a shift to dosobedience in the late 1950s and '60s The result has been a large factor in today's anarchy in the family, the church, the community and the nation.

What do you do when your husband is not the type and not interested, preferring to leave it all to the wife’s responsibilities.
@eatingamandarin Жыл бұрын
Hi Dani. Don't take on the words of the pumpkin-head below. Your example is Abagail. You can still be the Prov.31 woman even if your husband can't/won't be a Prov.31 man. The Lord will reward you for it.

@@eatingamandarinAmen 🙏 I tell my husband in a biblical and loving way. He’s gotten much better, but it’s taken years. We were young when we got together, so lots we had to learn, we messed up. But now we see the errors of those mistakes, because he wasn’t the lead as he should have been, but that was both of our faults. He worked a lot, so I kind of took over everything else. Now we are doing things much more differently than back then 😊

I was watching a channel on KZbin for awhile, older man. Well he just said in a video the other day, that Paul put some of his own opinions in the Bible, specifically about women who preach and teach. I couldn’t believe this, especially since he’s always saying he’s been studying his Bible over 35 years and knows it well. I was in shock when he said what he did.

Did you see the start of Congress today, when they were voting for new Speaker of the House? Opening prayer by a woman with a white collar. I don't know if she was Catholic. I thought Catholics didn't allow a woman to be a Priest.

I respect much of your teachings, however here I disagree that there is subordination in the trinity, even though I agree with male headship. In classical (Nicaean) trinitarianism, there is only one will in God, and thus the Son cannot submit to the Father. I don't believe that the trinity is our basis for gender relations. Will corresponds to nature, and as God has one nature, he has one will. However, as Jesus has two natures, he has two wills (Divine and human), this is why the "not my will be done" passages. The view that there is subordination in the trinity is "social trinitarianism", not "Classical trinitarianism".

1 Timothy 2: 11-15 (KJV) 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
@Uralicchannel Жыл бұрын
@@Brii.ZI agree with male headship, but messing up the trinity is not necessary to believe it. The people at Nicaea did not believe that the Son submits in eternity to the Father and it’s the error of monothelitism.
