He must have had a hard day at work and needed the cuddle just as much as she did. Cats (and other animals) can sense when we need them. Hmmm maybe we need more firefighters (and other first responders) to be snugglers (only a few at a time as not to scare the kitties), might help reduce the PTSD load on our first responders

We recently had a large fire in my town where the firefighters successfully resuscitated a beautiful ginger kitty. The picture even made the front page of the paper. Firefighters rock! ❤️❤️❤️

Uncle Dave (unka Dabe) as he has been called since I have been watching is surly once awesome person with the cats and kittens. He even can be so awesome even with the most feral too. I do agree with this that have said about having first responders be snugglers. They would help the kitties to relax and we as viewers would not only have cute kitties to see but also goo “eye candy” too see too. Cupcake looks like my rescue kitty Sweet Pea’s twin. Seriously her clone…a mostly black tuxedo with little gloves and socks (higher in the back paws) and the white whiskers and white mustache which is higher on the right side, just like that!! We lost her two and a half years ago to cancer and I haven’t adopted another fluff since. I would love to adopt her if she is available, and good as an indoor kitty with two big sisters (that are very friendly and social!). Thank you so much for doing what you do.

One of our recent graduates, Delray, was sent to Calgary as the first dog in a pilot project providing emotional support to all types of first responders. He goes where he is needed most.
