What QB in the league has had success in 3 different Offensive schemes in 4 years? What quarterback has had to score more than 24pts a game to win cause his defense has been bottom 5 his entire career? What quarterback has had cracked ribs and broken fingers and still been more productive than most his peers? Name any quarterback in the league that could have succeeded as a Charger under those circumstances? You prolly thought Mahomes and no one else. This dude IS elite, easily top 5 and every team that passed on him in the draft is kicking themselves cause this dude made his team competitive despite no run game and a bottom rung defense. Herberts W/L record is proof that defense is key to winning games cause if he had at minimum a top 15 defense (that’s a 7 point swing on average in favor of the Chargers) then all these knuckleheads would be jumping out their seats to compare him to Mahomes week after week. This is why analysts and opinion takes are all drama cause these people recognize elite qb play but refuse to give credit where credit is due. I expect better from you guys.

Lovee you Rich, but the Denver game is *not* the first division game that Mahomes has lost. Chargers with Herbert have beaten them twice. One was a gift and doesn't really count. Last game of the season and the starters sere being rested. But the Chargers went into Arrowhead in Week 3, 2021 and beat the Chiefs 30-24.

It's not plantar faciitis..... it's an injury to the plantar facia, it's different. I've had plantar faciitis too and it is indeed a lingering injury ( a lot of rolling the sole of your foot on a beer bottle and a lot of pain, but you can beat it. )
