I'm back with the next episode of the all-new Tiny Town Challenge created by @deligracy!
In the first episode, we started with Azure Hue and finished her part of the challenge. In this week's episode, we're moving on to Beatrice Jam! Watch as we encounter more crazy shenanigans on our quest to complete Bea's part of the challenge!
A few notes -
🟢I'm using a residential lot and each played member moves out and then back in with the roommates system that comes with University. (The rental system is too laggy & full of bugs that ruin gameplay)
🟢I started by making my own Azure, but with Beatrice, I'm sticking with Deli's. I honestly may just keep her for all of them from here on out.
🟢I chose to keep the inheritance from the phone call, whereas Deligracy chose to refuse it. I have each sim donate $10,000 simoleons at the end of their part of the challenge, so I figure it all balances out. (Since its happened twice at this point, I’ll probably not deal with it again anyway, its kinda played out lol)
🟢Each of my sims must complete the aspiration and their assigned skill in addition to their building of their home/lot.
🟢At this point, I'm not using a randomizer to decide my sim - I'm kinda just following Deli's order.
🟢I removed the dragon fruit Azure planted in episode1 because they sell for $1200 lol and that’s too much of an advantage, i think.
🟢I changed settings to turn off aging so Frank Stem doesn’t die of old age before I get to him 😂 i also increased season length just a little but not sure if I’ll keep it that way.
🟢Im keeping the simple living lot trait but I removed the off the grid trait. It was too much extra stuff to keep up with and isn’t relevant to this challenge. I did keep the solar panels and dew catchers to help with utility bills.
🟢I welcome any and all comments, tips, suggestions, requests, etc - I love the feedback!

Haha aww that’s nice! I record that way out of necessity because I have a large, noisy family and small, noisy dogs 😂😂 I’m not able to do it lets-play style like other channels. I’m so glad you like my channel, it really means a lot thank you SO much! 💚💚

From that moment, Azure seems to have gotten paranoid, or erratic and was like that the rest of the time I played. I don't know if she switched traits at some point and ended up with erratic or what. Her running in a towel and all that - it was all so hilarious!

Ah so glad to see your next episode! I loved the first one and your sense of humour is very similar to mine so I really enjoy watching! I loved the way Deli built Beatrice’s house too and was amazed by the way you recreated it. I have a similar story to Azure/Mitchell. I played Ziggy second and his boyfriend moved in with him, then on house number 3 (Ziggy was 2) the boyfriend died of the cold. Alice couldn’t save him. Then Ziggy died of hunger. But luckily Alice was able to save him! 😅 I’m playing through this challenge too, and I’m on my 5th (haven’t done Azure and Beatrice yet 😆) but only now has it started to mess up using For Rent- I keep getting a roofing error 🤷‍♀️. Thankfully that appears to be the only issue… so far. Love the videos, looking forward to seeing more!

That's so awesome! - not that they died of course LOL the gameplay sounds fun with yours too! The ForRent for me was mainly just lag. It's like that anytime I try building on a rental. I'll place something and then there's a 5 second or so pause you have to wait for the thud of it actually placing. When you're making big renovations, it makes it take forever. I have a pretty good pc too, so no idea... maybe it's my build mods lol Anyway, thanks for watching!

Does anyone know why the townies' roles keep changing? Is it neighborhood stories (I play my normal game play with those turned off)? Lavina is supposed to be Mayor, but that redhead guy from the first episode is now, and Anjelo Morlind in this episode is usually the high school teacher, but now he just has a normal job as an engineer (hmmm, I should go to the school and see who replaced him as teacher LOL it's probably Kylo Ren or something stupid). It's super obnoxious!

Stop cheating with the inheritance twice, in this episode and last episode. Selling frogs is one things, getting thousands not from your skills is cheating, that’s why Deligracy canceled that.

My sims contribute $10K back to the community at the end, so in my opinion it balances back out. I don’t plan on going through with that gameplay from now on anyway, since it’s a little played out now. Also, It took Beatrice more than a year to make enough money to build her home, so the $2,500 really isn’t that much of an advantage. I appreciate the feedback 💚

deli says play it however u wanna play it. & its not cheating, its ineritance that is offered in gameplay not like she entered a cheat code. least she dsnt get married and take the big payout.
