People don’t really listen but a few things to keep in mind: this is NOT A SALE!! Clearance is different depending on where you go. DO NOT bother employees while they are tagging the merchandise. They have it hard as it is. DO NOT go to an employee showing them her videos asking where the items are or what ever. That prevents her from getting tons of hate. In the past years people almost ruined it for us all.

As a ross worker In California, second week of January will beginning 49cent . They start doing clearance around 4-5am. Our warehouse isn’t so pack we are only getting 2 trucks per week . During Christmas we had trucks everyday. As workers aren’t allowed to give out discount to anyonne expect who is on the card husband usually.

When I checked my Ross on that 3rd Monday, I walked out with 2 bags of clothes and shoes and only spent $25! Update: so I went this Monday and I saw a nice amount of items marked with the purple sticker at my Ross. I grabbed a shirt for my son for $3.49 and shorts for $4.99. The selection wasn’t the greatest for kids stuff. Some of the Womens stuff was marked down too but not as low and honestly I didn’t find anything I really liked. I’ll go back today to see if they marked down even more stuff and let y’all know.

The Ross stores here in the Atlanta area are terrible. I went the first year you made this video and found nothing after going from store to store for weeks. I finally gave up, then about a month later I randomly found some items for .49 - 2.49 at ONE store. I hit up four Ross stores yesterday and only one had clearance items. They had a whole section of beauty products and gift sets marked down, and I found one pair of boots for .49, I was shocked. The other three stores literally had no clearance, even the Christmas stuff was still full price.

Ok but I work there and I'm here to tell you the amount of crap in the store in January has nothing to do with what will be marked down. What matters is how long the items have been in the store. All this overflow came in the week before Christmas so it won't be getting marked down until it's been in the store another month or two. So good luck going in now.

I work at Ross in Utah and not every Ross is full this year at my store at Ross our stores so empty and plus a lot of trucks got canceled the week of the New Year's due to the weather so maybe you need to get your story straight not every Ross are so full

I believe it's the last Monday of the month since its a holiday this up coming Monday but not everything will be 49 cent it varies some thing will be marked 1.99 some 49 cents some 2.99 it really just depends on the item and on your store but that the best I can tell u from experiences from last year 😃 good luck 👍
