Dhoni is more responsible for this. His is clear mistake persisting with Jadeja as bowler. Secondly he himself bats very slowly and expects batsman at other end to keep with scoring rate. He gave up the fight for keeping the chase too early and could not motivate Ajinkya Rahane as well.

Kohli didn't play well throughout the world cup. Even dhoni scored 2 half centuries only. Team needed one more all batsman or all rounder instead of 5 bowlers. I won't call jadega an all rounder at that time. He was more of a bowler. Raina and kohli played very poorly. Rahane also couldn't handle the pressure. The team was very young and there was no experienced player other than dhoni raina and kohli from 2011 world cup team. I think 2015 team should either Sehwag or gambhir.
