Pile 1: I know who that is and yes that family member has been cut off….Pile 2: finally! It is a former friend of mine and she got married and dropped our friendship. She kept in contact w everyone else except for me and I was the only one that had her back the most. She was really competitive w me but I let her have it bc I really don’t care about all that. When I would try to advise her she accused me of wanting to see her fail so I kept quiet. The last we spoke she was coming to NYC. I asked her if she was here and she told me she came and left. I asked her why didn’t she tell me she was around and she said she didn’t want to take the subway. Even though she was in the Hamptons w our other friends that live in NYC. I took the message and like you said distanced myself. I know when I’m not welcomed and it’s cool. She can call me whenever but I’ll just advise her to ask the universe to help her manage what she cannot solve. Thank you bc I never understood what the heck happened.
