chisora is like 40 ... and the reason he wouldn't go up the stairs is because he's old and he's afraid he'll lose his balance. it's basically a payday and he is just selling the fight (chisora). though he always has a puncher's chance. chisora can still sell fights though .. and that's what he's doing . but techinically the guy is 40 ...
