Mc gives 120%-160% superbreak while fugue only gives 100% Fugue gives like 46%-52% break and 30% of that is for a single unit while hmc gives 66% (if 200% break on him) to the entire team. So youre basically exchanging 18% def shred for lower superbreak, less break and no ddd, the rest of fugues kit is straight up useless for firefly, the exo-toughness is a bit of extra dmg but only once.

You're gonna say "but who the hell affords e2?" well.. whoever affords an s5 ddd too lmao. Last time we had pullable was apparently in february. I already told you Fugue's passive is literally hmc's ult. You're saying she adds more break to the team, so what? You want them to be broken SOONER, rather than doing more dmg to them once they're broken. Hmc can't do shit to enemies if they're not imaginary, same for Lingsha if they aren't weak to fire, other than the only target that gets fire weakness from Firefly. Since ur a bit slower let me explain it again, fugue gives 100% superbreak. Harmony mc gives at the LEAST 120% if there is only 1 enemy, and if theres 5 enemies he gives 160%. Best case scenario its a 60% increase. Surely u understand how thats better right? I have to accept that the way i worded it was maybe a bit confusing, i didnt mean toughness reduction when i said break but the stat break effect. Why would u want more break effect? Because the entire dmg from your team depends on it, hmc will make EVERYONE in your team hit harder, by giving MORE break effect and MORE superbreak. Sure if enemies arent imaginary weak, hmc cannot help break, but compensates by giving more dmg once you break. Lingsha will always break the main target due to firefly adding fire weakness, and considering the adds usually have so little weakness firefly breaks them without paying attention the elites are the only important ones. You even got it correct that having more superbreak and more break effect doesent help against enemies that arent broken, yet the exact same statment is true for fugue. Fugue literally deals less toughness dmg if enemies are weak to imaginary, and even if they arent the only additional toughness dmg you will be getting is from her enhanced basic and her ult, that is really not that much faster over hmc without weakness. It is slightly faster yes ur correct, but if ur going to take a turn less to break but a turn longer to actually kill it ends up being the exact same result. Am i going to argue hmc is better than fugue? In general no, fugue does things hmc just cannot do, yet in a firefly team where half of fugues kit either doesent matter as much or is straight up useless i will argue that even if she would be slightly better it would be a incredibly stupid choice to pull for her considering hmc is free. Pulling for a limited character for them to do the exact same things a free unit does in a team is just always a bad choice, the only reason fugue should be considered above hmc on firefly teams is if you want to play a different mc path at the same time, if thats not the case theres no reason to pull fugue for firefly. Fugue is amazing in other teams like lingsha carry, boothill, rappa or himeko but firefly just cannot use important parts of her kit. Fugue can potentially be used with hmc for sustainless comps and i will even give you the point if firefly is e2, fugue is e1s1 and linghsa is e1 then fugue will easily outperform the free unit.

Thks for the video , but unfortunately this is break and Lingsha goes with crit for DPS , is kinda a waste cuz u wont find her useful outside fire weakness enemies and Sunday is not 100% being useful here I hope u can do another showcase with her but without superbreak since its just fake dmg
