The New South Wales have been bought and paid for since the 1960's as far we know. The uniformed officers are great and actually do a very good job of keeping the peace and enforcing the law but the higher ups are another story entirely. There has been many, MANY cases coming out of higher officials not only in the NSW police but the Victorian AND Queensland police higher ups being deeply involved in various corruption scandals which evidently end up going up to the highest seats of state and federal government officials in Australia. It's honestly getting absolutely ridiculous at this point to be honest.
