Yes you can bring your son. The main applicant visa is called CHARITY WORKER VISA, the spouse and child visa is called CHARITY WORKER DEPENDENT PARTNER VISA and CHARITY WORKER DEPENDENT CHILD VISA respectively.

Children 3+ can go to school.if husband finds job you can wait till you finish your charity before you switch. Also if your employer permits you to go that solves it

The purpose of coming alone is to gain experience and find your foot. Moving forward you need to use your discretion to find money because if you try to find work visa from your country you probably won't.

I totally understand you, I only mentioned about who I think in my opinion should come. You can describe to use your discretion. If you bring children below 18 you still need to cater for them, you can't leave them on their own, it going to affect every part if your life. Your income is at stake. You're properly going to regret it except you have family members in the same city because childcare will frustrate you. A single mom is a capital NO. Leave them for one year and convert that childcare pounds to naira to send to them

Your marriage must be up to 2 years. But if you can prove that you have known each other for at least two years by showing chats, bank statements showing that you send money to each other, pictures etc . ..everything dated to around 2 years, you can apply as unmarried partner
