Honestly, If they were to make a marvel collab, I wish for them to make a Deadpool mirage skin. I feel like out of all the marvel characters, mirage and deadpool are similar. Plus you could do some cool designs like making all those circles on mirage’s arm into Deadpool symbols.

Apex Legends and EA do not make enough money to collab with any big IPs. Why do you think we see financial reports and investor calls saying how apex isn’t hitting the mark they set year by year. Or why Apex Mobile was sunsetted. Collabs cost money and EA is in the same state that Warner Bros Discovery is in. The Anime event was a prime time to collab with IPs, but they went with the more cost effective option of just references.

I'd be great if they make collabs everytime there is a prestige skin event. Since most people dont want to give that much money for a skin, they could be collaborating with star wars or marvel etc and the prestige skin is vantage mandalorian and other legendary skins are mirage han solo etc. this would make these events worth it, instead of getting over-overpriced skins

I do think if apex collabs, they should definitely do the Overwatch route of having the legends dress up as the characters, and not just plugging a bunch of popular characters into the game Fortnite style

My guess is, i feel like this is less about the apex devs, and more about if these companies want to collab with Apex. Fortnite and CoD have name recognition atp. Devs and creators know that collabing with Fortnite is bound to get eyes on their platforms and the aforementioned games. Even though Apex is widely popular, they probably dont have that recognition that many companies/creators are looking for in terms of someone to partner with.

Once again though that is also a trickle effect, once apex starts doing collabs, other IP’s will follow and bring that recognition. But it’s not the recognition that’s the problem it’s EA. They didn’t even want to be fair and pay the licensing fee from the pro organizations for the algs event and caused them to cancel it. They are Just greedy.

I would love to see so many of these ideas, but i think the issue comes down to how much can you change a character's model before you don't know who you're fighting. the collabs work so well in games like fortnite and warzone because identifying the skin/operator doesn't matter as much as it does in apex.

I think one cool idea would be to have a collab with valve in general and here are some ideas i had Ballistic as bill, revenant as a hunter and gibby as a boomer from left 4 dead Pathfinder as atlas and ash as glados from portal Bloodhound as a combine soldier and newcastle in an h.e.v. suit from hl Octane as scout, wraith as miss pauling and caustic as medic.

A collab we need to get would be an Apex X Halo and we could have things like having Wattson as Kat because of the technology obsession they both have. Master chief would be mirage because duh, we would need to have an Emile as Gibby or something. Then valk would be just a standard spartan with a jet pack. Only few reasons Apex wont collab with anyone even their own games is EA. EA wants all the profit, nothing less. Also its imo the same reason Respawn are afraid to add new things that would geniunely shake up the game because, again EA wants every single penny that this game generates, and they know this game is super milkable because players are not too afraid of going back to apex because of its flow and core mechanics, but flow and core mechanics will not keep the game alive forever. EA need to wake up

Apex Legends x Dead By Daylight Wraith - The Wraith Both are named the wraith and have similar abilities I think, as they both blip in and out of sight. Octane - The Blight Both inject themselves with a serum that hurts them but also keeps them alive. And obviously they both run fast. Mirage - Ghostface They both have some element of mind game trickery to their kit. Caustic - The Clown They both use toxic fumes to hinder their opponents, although caustics is more effective lol. Newcastle - The Oni This one is kinda iffy, mainly they both have bulky bods. Valkyrie - Yui Kimura Valk looks like she has some Japanese in her, and that is what Yui is, and they both look very similar. Ash - The Nurse They can both blink through space and time. Seer - Adam Francais This one is purely off of looks but I think it would work well.

My ideas for which characters would get the tf2 collab: Octane x scout, Bangalore x soldier, literally anyone can be Pyro, Fuse as demoman, Gibby as heavy, Rampart as engie, Lineline as medic, Vantage as sniper, and of course Mirage as spy. Other non playable.characters turned into legends could be Saxton as Forge (yes he's back), Gray Mann as Ballistic, and one of the mvm bots as path or Rev.

If Apex were to colab with Mortal Kombat, I think that pathfinder should be scorpion and Rev should be either OG Sub zero or Noob Saibot, ash would be frost or Triborg and Loba would be Jade, gibby would be Shao Khan, Bang would be Jackie and Newcastle would be Jax, mirage would be Johnny cage, fuse is raiden and Crypto can be Liu Kang, bloodhound would be Kung Lao and wraith as mileena.
