Like Patrick he’s a reasoned young guy who speaks sense .. kev and big john are ok tae ..😊. If anyone came in for Hatate with a good bid I would give it real consideration. He can be eye catching going forward but as a number 8 he leaves big gaps in the middle of the park , weak in the tackle and gives the ball away too often . You get crucified against good teams if your 8 is not disciplined and can do a good defensive shift when needed .in Europe discipline will be paramount. We know there is not a chance we will get a net spend of 30 mil we can all dream but will never happen competing in the spl .. 70 80 mil is probably 3 seasons worth

We can ALL rest safe in the knowledge that Rodgers will be most actively looking to deposit Reo ''poor attitude'' Hatate in the Departure Lounge of Glasgow Airport as soon as humanly possible this summer transfer window, since Brendan spotted Hatate's very poor attitude last summer & it was so poor, he had to pick Turnbull ahead of him at the start of last season before all Hatate's injuries & indeed Rodgers will be even more determined to get rid of ''poor attitude'' Hatate this summer transfer window after he almost quite literally didn't kick a single ball in earnest in the Glasgow derby & the Cup Final too & the ONLY sad thing aboot him getting kicked oot the door for good is that we'll not get that much for him.....

@@patrickloughrey You make many good points Patrick & I said this time last year we NEEDED to start a serious ''clear out'' & we did get rid of two or three we completely NEEDED to get rid of, but the ''clear out'' was still NOWHERE near big enough & then we compounded the huge deadwood mess even further by signing another NINE further duds to add to the already existing & significant number of deadwood we still had on the payroll & then we sign Kuhn in January too, so our squad is even bigger & even more bloated than ever before & it's completely unsustainable & of course NOBODY is queuing up in Kerrydale Street desperate to buy the likes of Lagerbielke, Kwon, Iwata, Tilio, Invisible Man McCarthy who has now completed THREE years ish of a FOUR year deal & played NOT one single FULL ninety minutes & ALL for £25,000 a week. Absolute financial madness of the very worst kind. As for Rodgers, I think he seriously misses having Chris Davies as his Number Two as he did first time round & that overall I still consider Rodgers to be a good coach, but for me certainly NOT any kind of an ''elite'' Coach or Manager & where I do completely trust him & agree with him is that ALL players must NOT have ''a poor attitude'' & if you do & no matter how talented you are, Rodgers just won't have you & rightly so & as for Kennedy, Strachan, McManus, O'Dea & all the rest of them, time for a major ''clear out'' of that lot too.
