I’ve had my credit card stolen before also Rodney. Good thing the CC company denied purchases based on my spending habits. Found out later they stole mail from everyone on my block as we have curbside mailboxes. They went as far for some neighbors to CHANGE the mailing address on the statements to a PO Box!!! The audacity of these criminals/thieves. After that incident, I changed EVERYTHING to paperless billing!! Nothing comes to my physical address but junk mail at this point. Lesson learned.

I got scammed too but check this out, they forged checks from my checking acct. I didn’t even have any checks and don’t use checks for years. But I got my money back like almost 1,000 total from checks. One for an airline flight. Thank god I got my money back and thank god you got yours back. Had to close my accts and get new cards. I don’t know how anyone got my checking acct number and actually made checks. My name on the checks but no address and not my signature.

We mail the cards and authenticate the customer with their personal information to before use. Cards can be activated online and on apps, but that's after logging in ensuring you are the customer.
