Homeserve has no customer service and sends out horrible plumbers. I’m filing a lawsuit tomorrow. Be careful!

I am looking to do so myself. I am looking to file a class action lawsuit. With a quick internet search it is easy to find many people who have been scammed. I am wanting to get as many people together with proof so we can build a solid case. Given the reviews, I don't think it will be very difficult. We just need solid proof.

@@HomeServeUSA Have no telecommunications and there is more. As you have had NO phone service for months and lack personnel to handle. Verified by City you have contract with at present. Suggest you engage personnel with aptitude and support. Have CEO contact me. 3rd person provided your name and it aligns. Your phone was working today. Left contact info. With first of 3 staff. They do not know your phone provider nor ISP. I was provided different number from what is listed in body of letters received. Odd this mess and I was not requesting a claim. ???

@@Solomeo_Paredes159 I called for months with no answer and then number had recording it was not in service. Finally found thru state insurance commission another number. Incompetent staff and total rude escalation staff. You will have to be their free employee. Good Luck 🍀
