She can't be prosecuted for using a civil process, that would set a precedent to punish citizens for expressing their rights under the law. Was this frivolous? Yes. Was it illegal? Sadly, no. This wasn't fraud as the law sees it since foreclosure in and of itself is a civil matter, no criminal violations exist.

The white Ram truck that's parked in front of that tiny gray trailer in Kimberling Missouri, is/has been spotted currently in Neosho Missouri. That's a custom rear back glass. Since the story has now went national, they've added an older RED campershell on the truck. More than likely to cover-up that custom back rear glass window. The RED campershell has 2 oval glass windows(side-by-side)that are tilted. Spotted almost daily in vicinity of 86 Hwy, E South St, Freeman Rd.,over by the cemetery.

I can't understand how this even went to court. Who hired the attorney? How could the judge allow the case into court without documents? The attorney for the Presley estate could easily demand that the notaries (and everyone else involved) be present. And why isn't the FBI going after these people for RICO?
