I do NOT have the following episode, so if you want to see how the final contestant fares, read below……… - - - For $50k Rebecca is asked: [$50,000] London's Trafalgar Square is named after an 1805 naval battle fought off the coast of what country? A: Ireland B: France C: Spain D: Norway - - - - - - Rebecca switches the question. The correct answer was C: SPAIN [$50,000] (Q) In the NATO phonetic alphabet that begins "Alpha, Bravo, Charlie," how do you spell "USA"? A: Upright, Sandbox, Alpha B: Uniform, Sierra, Alpha C: Umpire, Sailor, Alpha D: Union, Songbird, Alpha - - - - - - - - Rebecca doesn't know, and calls her best friend's mother, Chris, who doesn't know either. So, since it's a free guess, she guesses D... but it's B, so Rebecca leaves with $25,000.

Do you have the episode before this one and/or the episode after this one (the one from 10/27/2006 where Chase Sampson got his first question wrong)?

And you said you had or didn't have the 10/27/06 episode? I know you don't have the 10/26 show, but I'm curious to know if you have the 10/27 show or not.

Nah, don't have either unfortunately. This is the last episode from October 2006 that I have.

On KZbin, there now are at least three instances where the audience is shown derailing the contestants progress at the $25,000 question. In looking at this result, I think BMW was selected because they had already created a line of bicycles dating back to the 1950's and it sounded familiar to them. The two other instances are the Mt. Rushmore question (60% wrong) from earlier this season and the Dr. Livingstone question (67% wrong), which is from Season 3 or 2005. There was also this Kelvin Scale question from January 2008 where 72% were wrong (I think the contestant persuaded their outcome so I partly blame him), though it is not on KZbin. For the record, even though this looks bad, there are a large number of instances were the audience is correct on the $25,000, but those instances do not show up on KZbin as much. Hopefully, more episodes from Meredith's version of Millionaire will show-up to show the audience can be useful at the $25,000 mark.
