FTWDK: A John Carpenter game is where you win the Million Dollars in any Who Wants to Be a Millionaire video game without using a single lifeline.
Notes about the Irish Edition of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire:
1) This was the first PSX game Eidos would release to have the Euro as the main currency, predating the France 2nd Edition, Germany 3rd Edition, and Italy 2nd Edition
2) On the actual show, no one managed to reach the Top Prize Question. 3 contestants(Roger Dowds, Paddy Courtney, and Noel O'Connor) walked away at Question 14.
3) It is one of seven Eidos Millionaire PS1 games to have the host(Gay Byrne) read out the cues themselves, and the only other outside of the UK to have the cues read in English.
4) And lastly, the show was one of the shorter-lived versions of Millionaire, only lasting from October 2000 to March 2002, due to RTE axing the show because the main sponsor pulled out.
5) If you want to keep up with this game(Even with the very first game for nostalgia purposes), here is a playlist that I have of this game: • Who Wants to Be a Mill...
