If mace windu said that that really means alot. I kinda dont like how tales of the jedi did him dirty he believes in the jedi order and the republic yeah but hes proud of the jedi and hes the champion of the order he believes they represent the light so he did his best and stood up for what he believed and was good at his job in fact hes the absolute best outside yoda.

@@OnionSoup-yj2pfdepends on which old republic jedi. If we’re talking Satele Shan, members of her jedi council, the third Barsen'thor or the hero of tython then you’d be correct but if we’re talking Jedi who are less powerful than those I’ve mentioned then yes she’d beat them.

I could not agree more words would not be enough for how excited I would be for that finale because if you didn’t she falls in love with Quinlan Vos and they both try and kill Dooku near the end of the war she sacrifices herself and vos falls to the dark side

She was literally crying over the bodies of her family Her master rescued her He saved her from a hostile environment And because she had no family and nowhere to go and was for sensitive he brought her in to the order The jedi don't go around kidnapping kids they literally ask their parents do you want us to take your kid with these abilities and train him to be a jedi or do you want to keep your child and let his Abilities fade and grow up in a normal life If you're gonna criticize the jedi at least know the lore my guy

Ventress was similar too maul in that she had alot of potential in the force had she been fully trained and not linited as just a sith assassin she wouldve been powerful enough to team up with dooku and possibly overthrow sidious and i think one day surpass dooku although age wouldve caught up to dooku before she did that outright cause sidious didnt teach dooku anything to combat the dark side sapping him in his old age dooku became more powerful using and knowing both the dark side and the light but he was already old and the dark side speed up that process by the time he fought anakin and obi wan he was weaker fue to age than when he fought them on geonosis geonosis was his peak while using the dark side probably his soill with the blade allowed him to survive a fight with yoda he had to result to cheap tactics to escape with his life but for a short time he actually fought and survived a lightsaber fight with yoda not many can do that i dont think ventress was ever gonna match dookus skill with the blade but she had enough potential in the force she couldve overcame him that way perhaps (although dooku had alot of potential too him and mace windu were prodigies basically coming up in the jedi order dooku first as he was older then later mace windu in fact for a time the jedi order thought mace windu was the chosen one cause he was so powerful. I think if ventress was fully trained as a jedi and fully trained by mother talzien with nightsister magik instead of the sith dark side she couldve been basically the next mother talzien so to speak and rivaled sidious. Also darth maul had he not had his potential cut from him by obi wan on naboo and he was actually fully trained by sidious he wouldve been a proper apprentice to the sith and continued the legacy from plaguies to sidous to maul to whoever. Its just anakin was always the ultimate goal for sidious so Darth maul ended up being replacable was the issue and count dooku was also a oawn from the beginning for sidious in fact sidious saw him as a threat cause plaguius said he was formiddable enough to be their greatest threat cause him and qui gon were too open minded and werent blinded like rest of the jedi so dookus skill with the blade combined with his power in the force and open mind not being blind he was better for sidious as an ally than waiting and having him as a threat. But as far as power in the force mace yoda and sidious were on their own tier (plo koon maybe close here). But as far as skill with the blade as a sword fighter i think dooku yoda windu obi wan and anakin/vadar were all on thier own tier closely followed by plo koon maul kit fisto and ahsoka tano. Ahsoka tano used the same hybrid of shien ataru that plo koon did and plo koon was considered the master of shien but this hybrid of adding some ataru made them super formiddable the difference being ahsoka had a two lightsaber (jarkai) take on using this hybrid and she was trained by the chosen one. Maul was probably the best niman user (unless you count sidious he mastered all forms and used niman alot and juyo too but he was so great because of him using the force to enhance his soeed abd abilities not raw talent with the blade he preffered fighting with the dark side of the force anyway not a lightsaber) but his was a hybrid juyo niman. Kit fisto the master of form one shi cho. Dooku makashi. Obi wan soresu. Yoda ataru. Anakin djem so variant of five. Plo koon shien variant of five. Ahsoka jar kai (best master of using two sabers in lightsaber combat but her forms she used was shien/ataru hybrid like plo koon. Again maul best niman with his use of a dual bladed saber and cin dralig was probably best jedi for nimam but he used single blade. Mace windu mastered all forms of lightsaber combat and champion of the order created his own variant of form seven vaapad and the master of form seven for the jedi. Finally probably gotta give juyo too sidious. Honorable mentions could go a long list but ill just throw in shak ti here cause i like her hybrid style of makashi ataru i think thats really cool and she was noted as one of the most graceful duelists..

I think that’s totally awesome. At least she was a Jedi at once, but the Jedi do you turn to the dark side if they’re in a lot of pain, physical and mental except for me, I would’ve made an awesome Jedi just like Ray.
