The best way to do a past life regression is to lie down and have a friend take notes The friend will ask you questions that you want to know and you have to be willing to state the first thing that comes into your mind without judging it. It shouldn't be that hard to do but you should go into a very light meditation. Deep meditations are not necessary for past life regression as long as you yourself are being completely honest. I mean past life regression might be exploration of a dimension of life but it is not advised by both psychologists and spiritual gurus.. It has certain reasons to it..regardless if one wants to do it they can.. See in short..we don't remember past life coherently as an active memory due to certain reasons and if nature decided this is best way i think we shall follow that advice.. @@anushkasirsulwar3580 OK iam gonna try to concise this as much as possible but I can't guarantee that This guy had a really unhappy childhood.his mother ran away with a guy when he was 10.parents got divorced which turned father in to an alcoholic.his father started beating him and was always stern to him.his mother also wasn't much better her self. She broke off all contacts with him and his father and started a new family. They even had a son and a daughter together. He was a sad kid as he grew up.he was also an average student the only thing not average in his average life was his face which made him quite popular when it came to ladies.he had quite a number of women go in and out of his life but none lasted more than a month or two.most of them often resulted in the girls dumping him.later on he even had troubles finding a decent job.all this led to him seeking a psychiatrist and that psychiatrist referred him to a person similar to what you see in the video.there he found out that he was a king in his past life.that too a tyrant and a womanizer.he had several concubines most of them were war tributes.his present dad and mom were actually king and queen of the kingdom his forefathers had enmity with.it was his lifelong goal to conquer that kingdom.so he declared war on them. In the battle he killed the king.after that he marched into the capital and then the palace.there he crowned the king's son as the vassal king.while he was there he got smitten by the King's daughter and demanded her as a concubine.the Queen didn't allow it.so he killed her in front of the princess,the princess got severely ill after she saw that.he couldn't care less and ordered the troops to move the princess back to his kingdom. 10 years later. The princess was now a queen.he loved her.she treated him as a king.that year both queen and king went on the annual hunting trip.after hunting when the night dawned onthey decided to set camp in the jungle itself.that camp was ambushed by assassin who were able to overpower the royal guards and attack the King's camp. They abducted the king and took them to their master.all of this was possible because it was the queen who orchestrated all this in to reality.the assassins actually took them to queens brother who was the co-conspirator here.there he died by the queen bother's hands.all of this was so shocking to come to terms with that it took him nearly a year to reach out to his estranged parents.his dad turned out to be his usual cold and depreciating self.his mom on the other hand seemed like a completely different person. Exactly. I tried this with Tenzing and I saw in the first half that I'm in a garden with a lake and I am wearing a white midi dress and I'm 21 or something (btw I'm 15 currently) and there is a little boy who's probably 4 or 5 with a lady probably in her late 30s on right and a man of the left...(btw I tried the first half twice the details were similar but at first time I was all alone and then I sat on a boat in that lake and somehow that lake felt like it was a ocean or something and I kept moving forward and reached some sort dark looking island but then I opened my eyes) For the second half I too had a heavy head and this time I was wearing a orange and black frilled mini dress with open curled hair, it feels sort of upper class people's look and I guess I was around 8 at that moment it left it was dawn time and I was holding that candle🕯️that Dr. told to light and it was windy but the candle kept burning I was standing beside a road on the grass side and it had a lampost on the other side there was a big University sort of thing and a church and a bench on the side... It felt I was in early Europe or something Btw I am indian and I'm hindu but this experience was like I wasn't here in my past life🙄 I don't know how should I feel... I think it is not good to go into the trance at the instruction of this video. Firstly this is very short trance, plus this is trimmed video....you can check for any PLR Hypnosis video on KZbin, you can get that for free. So, this is not actual regression but rather seeing something from the past, plus it could be dangerous if you see anything dangerous during this time. I am saying this because I am myself a PLR Therapist and a session last approx. 2 hours or more, and there are many things mainly related to healing are involved in the session (which are not done by all). Now, you can have a proper PLR experience by listening to any PLR Hypnosis video on KZbin. However there you will be only entering the past life and seeing the events and traumas....healing may not be done as it is not a personalized session. For proper PLR experience, you need to have a proper PLR through a therapist (either in person or on phone or online).

Ohh I get you. I never tried this regression method but I remember having this one dream where I was maybe a farmer's child & I was all with our family & relatives walking on the mountain (?) Or maybe I belonged to a tribal family or so. We were all standing around a cliff or smth when a few people came running to us saying that my dad had jumped off the cliff. A note has been found near to that area where he was spotted standing. They handed me the note & it said I'm doing suicide because I am unable to pay the taxes. I started crying in my dream then I remembered that my father current day do not have any such sorta financial problem. I mean... we're actually in a pretty stable financial situation so I thought it was confusing for a second & I woke up with that thought. The moment I woke up I feel like it wasn't really my dream. I mean... it didn't felt like so. Anyways your story does sound pretty much good & related to this regression so... I guess you may have seen who you were in your past life & where you are etc

I've done this. I was a native American child with a pet puma in one life. And a South India Fisher man in another. I also saw my mum in early life regression. But don't do this, if you don't need it. It can be very traumatizing. I did it because I wanted to see my mother whom I lost at 1 year old. I was depressed. It worked for me. But you need to be careful you may see what you don't want.
