YasherKoach Dr Henry, best regards from Down Under, Melbourne Australia. any chance of having a separate lecture just about R.Meir's wife the very smart and astute Bruriah? Also any chance of having a separate lecture about "Acher" R Meir's teacher, that left Torah and MItzvot at the end of his life and why he did so and how R Meir never abandoned him!

I love watching your lectures very much but can you please keep the camera still. The problem is that the slide moves when I'm trying to read it and that's somewhat off-putting. Thank you.

The camera should be placed where it captures the screen and your pacing area without the need to follow you around.

I mentioned this idea in comments to other videos about correlating the Talmudic Rabbis and Church Fathers. I heard this postulation in Ohr Samayach Jerusalem from Rabbi Asher Wade that the Apostles in the 'New Testament' are in fact the same Rabbis in the Talmud (although unclear who is who), or at least some of the 'New Testament' scripture was written by Talmudic sages, and possibly the whole Pharisaic tradition of the Rabbis was in fact created by the Church? So Rebbi Meir was the same time as many important Church Fathers, and being descended from converts is most likely to have had direct contact. Rebbe Meir was a contemporary with Cerdo and his student Marcion of Sinope (~c. 85 - c. 160 who was later ruled heretical) creator of Marcionism school that believed in a form of dualism and the G-d of the 'Old Testament' (Hebrew Prophets) was evil and the G-d of Jesus Christ and the Church was good (a main source of Christian anti-semitism till today with Marcionism factions rising in the Church every generation till today). Is it possible that Rebbe Meir was influenced by Marcion and after seeing the suffering of his colleagues converted to Christianity and became a follower of Jesus Christ?

The righteous child was awarded with eternal life because everytime we remember him he lives. This world is nothing. Our bodies are mere shells. It's not the tongue that says wise words, it's the divine soul.
