Şehzade Mustafa was an Ottoman prince as the eldest son of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his consort Mahidevran Hatun. He was the prince-governor of Manisa from 1533 to 1541, of Amasya from 1541 to 1549, and of Konya from 1549 to 1553.

Sulieman Sultan ,the Magnificient ,was known for his laws of justice for all his subjects. He would attend the Court in disguise so his judicial staff would do justice to all,without fear or favour.. Yet when it came to his son ,Mustafa,he did not give him a chance to defend himself. He killed him on hearsay evidence. Mustafa kept on calling him out Baba,Baba,when the deaf mutes were strangling him. As a child ,he would ask, Suli eman, kya tum mujhe sachi ,sachi SAR kata doge,in his child like prattle!! This was a very sad episode in this serial. But historically it is correct,though. Shame on the the Great & Grand Ottoman Empire!!

@@munwarumrani3465 I agree that the empire did not expand after Suleiman . But still there were some Great Sultans/Caliphs like Sultan Abdul Hamid . And the reason why it dint expand was because of the detachment of the Muslims and Al-Quran which led the Muslim Scholars to fall behind the Europeans . For this reason the Europeans upgraded their military might , but the turks left behind .
