my only problem with Snuffy is that his blue lockers didn’t evolve with his teachings but instead defying him and evolving based on what Isagi taught them (Metavision) which he could’ve taught them and then changed his tactics to fit them. His team style is good for other people but for the blue lockers who need their egos to burn and need to try to make themselves the protagonist to just work for one person and that person only basically kills their egos. There’s a reason the two most abnormal teams beat them

1 Snuffy He's efficient, tactical, methodical, and caring. 2 Chris. His methods work for everyone whos motivated. Not just a specific type of person. His methods also work in conjunction with the other master methods. 3 Noa. His ego driven coaching style only works on people who are extremely competitive. A rational style also made a meritocracy of the team. 4 Loki. His coaching style is basic and critical. He didnt care much for any players other than charles. But his team is very talented and motivated. So he more so lucked out than worked out. 5 Lavinho. He basically kicked all the birds out the nest and only 2 learned to fly

Loki did dude he made sure every one of his players knew what they had to improve on and what to do to improve on it

For me it’s Chris- because he increased the overall ability of all of the players that went under him and then helped them with their talents too, but he’s to overbearing with some players which hurts the team so he’s tied with Snuffy Snuffy- he also increased the overall ability and talent of the players that went over him, the difference is he was so focused on helping them survive that he didn’t take there play styles into consideration which would end up hurting them when his plans didn’t work so he’s tied with Chris Noa- he only really helped Isagi and Kinda Kiyora and Igaguri and Hiori, anyone else who made it did it over their hard work and made Noa see their talent, like Yuki and Kurona just proves themselves to be better without anything from Noa, but his Ego and ambition have nothing to do with his coaching ability so he can’t be higher Loki- he didn’t really teach them anything he only told them what he felt they did wrong, this was shown when we seen Nanase go to Rin for training instead of Loki, any player thriving on PXG does it from their own ambition or talents Lavinho- genuinely just refuses to coac

Chris is easily the best his own issue is his laser focus on Nagi as it’s detrimental to the other players as a result but his training improves everybody for the long run. Loki is EASILY the worse he makes Lavinho look like a genuinely good coach in comparison PXG has their domination in NEL cause of the players themselves NOT because of Loki. The other teams you can see significant improvement in their players but in PXG you see no improvements at all as those players were already powerhouses before the NEL so they received next to no buffs aside from Nanase and Rin which Loki had nothing to do with.

Pxg was able to get 5 blue lock players in the top 23 though that makes lokis case very interesting

Yeah but that’s through there own talents and inhibitions, Loki didn’t give them any special training or lessons they trained themselves and each other like how Rin personally trained Nanase, most of Lokis focus was on Charles and that was for his own ambition and goals

Charles is an insane talent and he's only 15✨ his going to be a great playmaker and rival for isagi He will probably be in the new gen XI too🔥⚽🧠 Here's a great question who do u think will be the better player and who'll be the best midfielder in the world based on full potential if you had to think about it Charles or Sae 🔥😉🧠⚽

1. Chris - Enhanced everyone's physical on the team with a clear focus on their playstyle. Catered to all of them. His only vice is being too focused on himself. 2. Noa - Encouraged everyone to basically work for themselves, created a rat-race system where everyone had to train and perform at top tier. ( not much tips but he still built on that ego foundation ) 3. Lavinho - Idiot, kinda yapanese. But compared to Ego ( whose speeches only Isagi could use effectively ), he still managed to guide some to develop their own playstyle. ( still focus on individual ego ) Loki and Snuffy completely abandoned everyone else but focused on a few individuals. They made do with the rest, but didn't enhance them, just putting them in the correct position. Would definitely not want to be on their team if I'm not gifted.
