As much as i can see how you may think it, sadly isn't the dark ace had no family or connection to lightning strike Aerrow is the last descendant sadly I'd love this to be true

Stupid Dark Ace killed Aerrow's father who was the previous Storm Hawks leader. You can see from the theme song, Dark Ace betrays the Storm Hawks. That's how Aerrow is the last descendent.
