I agree with Nick walker you can change your own problems and life you don’t always need rehab and or counseling and therapy because even with all that you have to do the work yourself still. I tried rehabs for a decade and I finally got sober when I wanted to get sober to fix my life and it’s up to me if I want to stay sober or whatever I want to do in life

Hadi of course is the man to beat but with physiques like Samson pushing for the top spot and soon enough Krizo with those insane structures the shorter guys will have more and more trouble.

Nick Walker’s shape isn’t Mr.O caliber. Derek has shape a good conditioning. Hadi has extreme conditioning. Samson has crazy shape. I don’t know how he can stack up against any of them. I wouldn’t be surprised if he placed below Hunter.

I just can't see what the others(at least this year) could challenge the top 3. Size? They have it. Conditioning? They have it. Details? They also have it. You could argue about structure all you want but at the end of the day, conditioning, muscularity and details matters. Back poses matter and that's where Samson, Andrew and the rest get exposed really bad.
