It be cool if Ilja Dragonov loses the championship before Wrestlemania or Stand and Deliever then at Wrestlemania, Gunther holds an open challenge due to the fact there hasn't been much interest / storylines for the IC title since the main focus has been mainly about Seth and who ever wins the EC match and Bloodline / Cody story then you see Ilja come out for the challenge, would be a straight up classic forcing Dave Meltzer to give a 5 star knowing what those are able to do to each in the ring.

This would only be satisfying after Cody wins and even that might be much. Letting fans have a truly special moment with Cody would make this whole 2 year storyline actually worth it. I will say as long as it’s after Cody beats Roman(he really needs to beat Roman) it might work. Cody would finish his story and instantly start a new one with mega heel priest. The issue is, as I said, if you keep telling the story of so close yet so far you risk the pacing of it taking people out. They already risked this by having Cody lost last year

Fins mad that Damian is still a champion) The tittle and roster could do with some hot shoting around. It would make perfect sense from kayfabe. Cody went through a gauntlet on both nights of mania. Barley overtaking the most dominant champion in WWE. There's no way he would be able to fight off a fresh damian. But like the other comment said Damian is probably going to fail whenever he does cash in.

Maybe Seth Rollins doesn't retain the title at WrestleMania. Maybe Randy Orton becomes a 15x world champion and then Drew confronts him at backflash. Then after backflash, Sami confronts him which starts a feud between the both of them then Sami pin Randy and becomes new world champion but then in a split second, all five of the judgement comes out, hyping Damian up. All of five of them beats up Randy and Sami while they're exhausted from their match then he cash in his money in the bank briefcase, does his finisher on Sami while all four members of the judgement keeps attacking Randy. He pins him and then he finally becomes world champion.

If Cody beats Roman, that means the Heavyweight title has to go to SmackDown since each brand has one primary, secondary, and women’s title. I think Randy Orton would be the one to take it from Seth, which would be cool considering he was the last one to hold the previous Heavyweight title. Damian has to cash in successfully, and I think he will likely take the IC title from Gunther. I could see Kevin Owens taking the USA title or maybe LA Knight, but it likely has to be someone from SmackDown. Bayley will take the Women’s Championship, but I don’t think Rhea will lose the Women’s World championship. I kinda think that Priest will leave the Judgment Day and then break up the tag titles. I can see Judgment Day (sans Priest) ending the year all holding gold. Rhea has the Women’s World, JD and either Finn or Dom are RAW Tag champs, and then the other takes the IC title from Priest later in the year. If the Tag titles do breakup, I think Solo and Jimmy are the favorites to get the SmackDown. I think the Bloodline will have a “rebuilding period” after Roman loses the Undisputed title, and then they’ll feud with the Judgment Day. No idea what happens with NXT or the Women’s Tag titles.

These are my predictions: NXT Tag - I have no idea so I’m gonna agree w Santi Womens’ Tag - hear me out but I think Bianca and Jade take it. Bianca still has unfinished business with Damage CTRL and I don’t want them to rush the one on one with Bianca and Jade. So having them win the tag team titles can work to have Bianca help Jade accustom to the main roster while slowly building a match between the two that can happen later in the year. WWE Tag - Awesome Truth. What’s up?! North American - probably an unknown monster babyface that debuts within the next year or two. But I think Oba holds it for a LONG time. United States - I want it to be LA Knight, but Kevin Owens makes more sense with the story they’ve been building. Owens and Paul can face off against each other in the chamber and reignite their feud while Knight faces Styles. Intercontinental - Ilja Dragunov. I think Gunther holds it all the way until Bash at Berlin where Dragunov and Gunther main event and Gunther finally loses. NXT Womens’ - Agree w Santi Womens’ World - Bianca Belair. I think Rhea holds it for A LOT longer to the point where this could happen at Mania 41 where a heel Bianca beats a babyface Rhea. WWE Womens’ - it has to be Bayley. NXT World - I initially figured Dijak could beat Dragunov but Santi has convinced me. I’m gonna go w Carmelo. World Heavyweight - I think Priest cashes in at Wrestlemania during a Seth defense and steals the title just like Seth did at Mania 31. WWE - It has to be Cody…right?

I feel that this breakdown is evidence enough of the current state of the WWE mid card. There’s SO much focus on the main event scene, and rightfully so because it’s WM season But when looking at the competition for the mid card titles and tag titles of all 3 brands, there’s currently no GOOD and STRONG viable options that haven’t already been done before and that are fresh feuds. The JD is levels above most tag teams in Raw AND Smackdown (at least kayfabe wise) The Kabuki Warriors are levels above any other women’s tag teams currently on the main roster with no real competition The NXT tag champs are levels above any other undeveloped tag team on NXT The NA champion is levels above any other viable mid card performer on NXT The IC champ has only a select handful of real competitors Logan Paul can lose to any Smackdown mid carder than needs a push tbh If anything I feel that WWE’s mid card just needs a LOT of work. Having a lot of good talent doesn’t mean they’re being used properly. Make story lines deeper. Create real drama between superstars that are meaningful and personal. Not repeated and meaningless alpha academy vs Viking raider matches

I disagree with what you said about Damien Priest. I think they're intentionally keeping him away from Seth right now so it will be a "surprise" when he goes after Seth and his title. I see it happening like this: Night one of Wrestlemania: The Tag Title match opens the show, and Awesome Truth defeats Judgement Day. The World Heavyweight Title match main events, and Damien cashes in either during the match or on the winner after the match. WWE loves the "lose/look weak early in the show then cash in at the end" trope.

I don't see Roxanne being the one to dethrone Lyra. I think Roxanne is getting called up to the main roster soon, and the reason they're doing this slow burn heel turn for her is to put Lyra over as the next top babyface of NXT's women's division. And if Lyra is the up and coming top babyface, then she should lose the title to an up and coming top heel, and right now, the 2 names that fit that description the most are Kiana James and Lash Legend. Aside from them, we also need to consider Tatum Paxley, who has been in a long-running storyline with Lyra as an ally. We could see Tatum turn heel and basically be the Carmelo Hayes to Lyra's Trick Williams. I think there are a lot more interesting ways they can push the NXT Women's title (and the NXT Women's division in general) forward than just giving it to Roxanne again.

I think Seth drops the title to Drew at Mania only for priest to cash in and win and setting up a program for Drew and Priest while giving Seth time to heal up then Drew wins the title back for a Program vs Sami. I think NXT Championship story will go down as Santi said. I can see the same route they did with Ciampa, Gargano, Black back in the day. It will be Carmelo vs Ilia at some point, Trick returns trying to attack Carmelo but in returns cost the match for Ilia. Then you have the big showdown down the line where Trick Wins it off Carmelo. Just not sure if all of this goes down by Stand and Deliver though

On the Rhea front ... WWE could go a bit left field and call up someone from NXT like Nikita Lyons to dethrone her. The issue I see is that Rhea is "technically" a heel and there aren't any real babyfaces on Raw who could dethrone her. I think Jade is possibly going to Smackdown to feud with Bianca, this might eliminate her from contention to dethrone Rhea unless she is drafted to Raw after Wrestlemania. Honestly, right now I think it isn't Becky (which is still believable, it's Becky after all) or Jade that it has to be someone new to the main roster whether that be a draft from Smackdown, an NXT callup or a completely new debut. Rhea is just too dominant to identify a credible contender right now.

Here's my prediction for the World Heavyweight Championship: Drew beats Seth at Mania, and then he keeps the belt up until as close as possible to July 1st, which is when Priest's briefcase is set to expire. If you remember back to when JD McDonagh gave DP the Senor MITB briefcase, McDonagh walked off with the actual MITB briefcase. This is my prediction when it comes to Damien Priest and his breifcase... if it's Seth vs Drew at Wrestlemania for the title.. I can see Drew finally winning the title he's been after for awhile now only for Damien to cash in as his JD friends come out to help him beat up Seth and Drew to weaken them which will make it easier for Damien to get the 123 and win the title from Drew. I see this more likely to happen because Drew and Priest had many feuds in the past and yes Drew and JD did team up during War Games but Drew made it clear he doesn't like JD. So yeah that's my prediction on that.
