The Problem with Obosi and Onitsha land properties is that in the past, many people that bought piece of land properties from Onitsha people were disturbed for another payment by Obosi people during the time of building. And this theater has been the same with buying a piece of land from Obosi land sellers. What has been happening in some Yoruba states are happening in the east. So in the end, a buyer will end up paying 4 million Naira for one piece of land instead of 2 million Naira. This is because both the Onitsha people and the Obosi people that will later emerge as the acclaimed owners of the land will respectively be demanding 2 million Naira each from the same buyer for the same piece of land. So how can one be sure that this same problem doesn't arise this time?
