However, on the off chance Vivi or anyone else beats her to it, I can see Hancock rallying up the Grand Fleet, and become its leader.

You do know one piece and the story isn’t centered around romance or remotely close to shipping characters right… What makes anything in regards to Hancock searching for Luffy at this point if just to lust over him for the sake of a poor gag… that makes no sense to make her a straw hat when she’s her own pirate captain and responsible for an entire island of women… And Vivi?! Vivi isn’t even close to them and she already had her time with the straw hats and she choose to be with her people who she’s responsible for… she’s far to weak at this point in the story being we’re in the final arc… that and she’s d so she has a larger role to play in the world…😕

Blackbeard has a higher chance of joining than you think. After luffy beats him in the end of the series and what not. Though its still a slim one. Zoro has a 0% chance of joining since he wont join since hes already in. Koby has a high chance of joining after the world government is destroyed. Joining the "fleet" if you will. Many of these have a lower or higher chance than youve stated by A LOT. Yes but that WAS Oda's original plan before the series got WAAAAAY to popular and he instanly remove that statement and we dont know what will be Luffys total memebers now, which is likely why Luffy never brought that line again in later sagas. Because the main reason why he made Luffy say that statement in the begining is because Oda thought to end the series in 2-5 years when the manga started and where in 2024 so the 10 members thing is dead now.
