Two of my favorites! You played well off each other in commentary. Interesting that you had different perspectives at times but instantly saw the others point. Anthony played natural setup man for Josh’s sense of humor. Well done. You guys need to make this a regular thing when you see your daughter.

This video was well worth the watching. It made me think that, though it is probably impossible, it really would be cool to organize a little mini-tournament between various KZbinrs. You guys, PDN, Chad, Drew, even Lil Chris and others I probably have no awareness of. As I said probably impossible to organize, but Chad's location Kansas or even yours in Denver would be a good middle location. Speaking of your location every run into a friend/cue builder I know out there, Chris Byrne? Real good guy.

Thanks, Steve. This was a fun collaboration and I would love to do more. It would be logistically challenging, but perhaps I can ping them to see if there is any interest. A central hub or a nationwide event meeting place (as with Drew previously in Vegas) could lend itself to the occasion. I don't think I know a Chris Byrne, but I'll keep an eye out.

I know that’s kind of greedy, but you guys are phenomenal pool players & commentaries! Honestly, I would love to see a APA masters format with BCA rules for 8 ball. Just throwing some ideas out there…

I use a micro fiber rag, before each break I wipe the ball off. I hardly see skids anymore. Better chalk also helps. But it's the chalk on the cue ball from over chalking leaving extra on the cue. You can tap the side of your cue to remove some of the extra. But if you wipe the cue off before each game does wonders. Older balls from cheep manufacturers also can make balls skid, and this does happen more at certain angles with a certain cue ball spin.
@OnTheSnap3 сағат бұрын
I typically use the same cloth between racks or sometimes between touchy shots. Helps me settle and reset. My Taom chalk is awesome, and I doubt it contributes to skid issues. Agreed on the presence of other chalk, or older balls/cheapness. I think more often than not, it's a spin/stroke thing.

47:03 4 ball would have been a better route than the 1
@OnTheSnap4 күн бұрын
That thin cut off the 1 definitely could have finished worse. The 4 ball was workable from there for sure!
@stevemather46515 күн бұрын
OK, this was super cool, but now I’m gonna get greedy and ask that we bump it up a couple notches… you two, plus Todd from Poolside Chat and Drew Von Porte in a scotch doubles match with everybody commentating. That would be pret-ty okay.
