Great comparison review! Both have an impressive presence in any collection! I really like the motorized gimmick of the Newage version, a great throwback to the G1 figure! ShowZ Store already has images of the Newage Michael EX version, and he looks fantastic!

I'm normally a Magic Square man, my whole collection is made up of them, but this NA Omega is outstanding. I bought him and have zero regrets. A very nice transformation too. I'll absolutely keep him in my collection until MS decide to release their own.

I actually like the smaller claw on the newage, It looks more accurate to the cartoon and proportionate to his body making him look even bigger. The G1 has a giant claw in contrast and it looks out of proportion in my opinion. Love this review btw, thanks for taking the time to make it. I don't have either one.

I kinda wish I was into the smaller scale stuff because they look great...They're just not my thing. I'm glad they're your thing 'cause it's still fascinating to see the engineering packed into these tiny bots. Great video.

In robot mode, I like the Pangu's tracks. Bit more presence there and just a better look with actual track detail. NewAge takes him in posing, easily... but Pangu comes back in with some extra paint AND value for price. Two face plates, even. Honestly you can't go wrong with either. If you want a great Omega for the shelf and aren't going mad with posing or you're not much concerned about base mode? Pangu really came out strong here. I still have a MFT Huge Dragon as my Legends Omega but I really want to get one of these guys.

Dam if those things are that big in alt mode. Cant imagine how big FansToys Terminus and DX9 Gabriel are. Just recently got in my DX9 Gabriel from BBTS. Thank u BBTS. Now i hav both. Terminus and Gabriel.

I don't have a toy that will hold Gabriel. he's right at 2 ft in bot mode, and the base when sprawled is too big for any table I own. My wife uses him as a hat stand in our living room. My niece nicknamed him Freddy, and when she's in town or when I visit he guards her while she sleeps.

I see that pangu toys has an upgrade kit for more accurate wings/ tracks and a joint in the claw hands. Also a blue version is coming out. I wonder if they will do the purple one the newage one looks great in purple, but if pangu toys does it I would have to get it. It would be nice to see the scale between these and a legends combiner.

if i had to choose i would probably go with the New Age one. the rocket on the Pangu one is way too small looks a bit detached from the base mode and his tank is took big like you said. i like the tank better on the Pangu. i didnt hear any ratchets on the Pangu. hopefully New Age will fix those elbows on the new one. Pangu's claw and the wings are kinda out of proportions with the rest of him. Great versus!

I have and love pangu omega sadly one of the side clips on the rocket door broke but still holding on and the clip to the wheels broke in his back still holds so watch out still happy to have my dream figure since childhood

i get "legends scale" Omegas just for the fun and transforming back and forth. but i display my legneds with the Titan Class Siege Omega. more to scale. i got the MFT and Pangu. still got to pick up the Newage but might hold out to get the EX edition

i think looking at both, they look good but pangu takes more similar to mixing both the original toy (minus like the moving tank) and cartoon accuracy, newage focuses more on the accuracy and involves more on the partsforming with the original toy gimmicks. it all comes down to which do you want to spend your money on, the cheaper option is pangu if you just want a omega supreme toy but for like your complete g1 cartoon accurate toy look for collectors i'm more incline to recommend newage if you want it and spend more money on Newage

If they put out a better painted, but without the electronics, version of the New Age, there is a very good chance I would pick one up. Luckily I don't really collect Legends so I can save my wallet and give these a miss. Thank-you for the vs Matt. I know they are a time eater.
