In our time, Katie and I have been asked to sing at many funerals. Recently, we were asked to sing for a friend who's wife had passed away and he requested this song. I have heard this song many times before, but never really payed attention to the words. As we learned it, we had the idea to sing it in this local graveyard because it seemed to be the fitting place. Many of the graves here were from the 1800's and even a few from the 1700's. Although I hope the people buried here had someone to sing for them at the time of their death, I don't know if they did. If they did not, then they had us, and I hope someday someone will sing one song for us too.
Hope you enjoy the video!
