​@@TwiMil2008well, Pikachu still has some decent non-electric moves, swift, quick attack and double team could make for a nasty way to keep the opponent at bay, and agility to double, triple or even quadrupling its speed (which btw, they should've used Pikachu's 1st anime episode since that was a freshly caught, completely untrained Pikachu), add to that a Light orb (an item that can only be found in wild pikachus) to double the offensive power, and egg moves too, since they don't require a trainer necessarily, we can add encore, reversal, wish, endure and sweet kiss, and even nasty plot, which is an agility for its special attack And by SV it now learns Iron Tail by level up

mannn he also has a metal form idk why they didn't use it it would've been cool if they gave him his ghostly adventure feats, it would've been also nice if they gave pikachu a trainer in compensation. this would've been more awesome. ngl i was honestly expecting pikachu to lose since it just happened to look like a random wild pikachu (they literally arent a problem when you first encounter them in firered and you can just instantly fight and beat pikachus with your lvl 17 charmeleon lol i guess the pikachu in this video just happened to be experienced!) there is no way that pikachu can also have 2 abilities at the same time (i'm referring to static and lightning rod.) static is the ability that has a chance to paralyze your opponent when pikachu is hit by a contact move, while lightning rod boosts pikachu's special attack once hit with an electric move its really odd that they went with the anime feats considering they almost make no sense at all but i'll roll with it! i was mostly expecting the pikachu in this video to have static but guess i was wrong.

There's a lot of thing Pikachu shouldn't ve able to do in tge anime, simply by the game's logic. Healing himself from electricity? A feat some Pokémon can have, but not the Pikachu family. Being actually killed by a falling chandelier and coming back to life after realizing the episode doesn't have the run time for this? Nope. Unshrinking people after sneezing on them? What even?

@@GabrielXZ17 that’s if Mega Lucario w/max speed buffs wouldn’t avoid it and outlast Ryu’s evil form, which he should definitely be able to do. Not to mention double team, another evasion move he can learn. Lucario with max speed and max evasiveness could simply just avoid a large majority of Ryu’s attacks.

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but there is something I would like to add with Pikahcu's power and durability. In the horrible black and white anime he took an electric attack from therian thundurus, which he survived and later used the absorbed power to make a massive electro ball to destroy a temple. Knowing that you guys are using feats from the pokemon anime, I thought it best to include this.

As a Pikachu supporter, I refuse to believe a Pikachu moved 10 times the speed of sound. The bit with the flying logs, I get that, but the Pidgey scene was not meant to be analyzed and they likely didn't intend for it to be a measure of Pikachu's true speed. Their goal was dramatic effect. Maybe this scene isn't an outlier, considering he can leap off airborne objects as if time had slowed down, but I don't really know how these scenes compare. I just feel like the latter requires less speed to achieve. I could be wrong. Still, Pikachu clearly has greater speed, and you got the winner right in the end. A lot of Pac-Man's abilities also seem like they might be one offs? I can't say too much about Pac-Man though, I haven't played many Pac-Man games.

I see it. Think of it like a generator + a power bank + pikachu to run it all. The generator makes energy that Pikachu can then use or put in the bank to charge up & if he was to put out energy into an attack well it puts a strain on the generator or will draw down the bank it is also pikachu made power so if u can save that power outside the body then pikachu can pick up that energy & put it in his bank just as if it was from his generator. They say that a pikachu has an orgen to generate energy & that the energy is then stored in his cheeks. So the cheeks are 2 banks & somewhere else in his body is the generator & the rest of his body just channels this energy so he can make attacks.

with just this if pika was to gen some power into an attack that then loops back to hit pika it can simply go in his cheeks & then the gen can fire a new attack out with an attack from the cheeks too & if that was to loop back & hit pika then his body could channel the energy into an attack will adding more energy from the gen & even leave a bit in his cheeks & this could loop over & over & over & this way pika could rest so there is not too much strain on the gen. Where as if pika needs to use the gen too long with no rest it would do alot of damage & if the bank was to have too much power in it that would do damage too but if most of this energy is just around outside the body it can build up over time.

Would you mind taking a moment and explaining why you used the anime for Pikachu? Pikachu is seen doing impossible things in the anime which any Pokemon player can tell you. The battle vs Brock, Pikachu uses a lightning move against a Rydon which is a ground type Pokemon. Ground type Pokemon are immune to electric attacks. With this in mind I would have made the anime less reliable.

Yeah Pokemon in general is a weird franchise to use. We could use the games only, but those lead to a really weird lack of feats. We tested it out and it seemed like the best way was to handle things based off of scaling to Rock Smash or Seismic Toss, but by sticking exclusively to the games we ended up getting a Jigglypuff and Pikachu who werent *too* far off from Arceus lol. The anime was definitely the most consistent way to measure pokemon so they we dont have all of them hitting with the power of a nuclear warhead and all feeling the same lol.
