The chiacom is a burst fire SMG and it has no burst delay, so if you've got a good trigger finger it looks like auto. You can see which attachments he's using in the video, he's using quickdraw handle and silencer. The gun is WAY better WITHOUT select fire. With select fire on it becomes much less lethal.

It has no delay between bursts. If you have a fast trigger finger you literally can fire it at nearly fully auto "Select fire"

I never use the Chicom but mine is max level 2nd prestige. Double weapon XP weekend and all I had to do was use it for a day until I got it golden. I reckon I only have a couple of hundred kills with it, which is for me hardly using a weapon.
