This is one of my favouritest (I know it's not an actual word lol) songs by Jessie J - I think it means so much to most people that hear it... "it's ok, not to be ok" and to hear Mori on this with Jessie... LIVE! Woooooooooow... this was the Morissette reaction, I never knew I needed!
This gave me Goosebumps with just how sweet, sincere and demure her vocals were... EVEN THE BACKING SINGERS WERE 🔥🔥🔥
And even though she came 3rd in the poll... I'm really looking forward to watching one of her live concerts too!!! 😍😍😍

The back story on this performance is fascinating. Jessie J was interviewed by Mori for a local TV station just a day or two before Jessie's concert. During the interview, Jessie discovered Mori was a singer, Mori sang impromptu for Jessie, and Jessie invited Mori to join her on stage during the concert. Mori was in the audience and came up to join in, initially with the backup singers just to get comfortable before Jessie brought Mori up to join her. If you watch closely, you can see Mori crying because she was so emotional about it. What a beautiful gesture by Jessie J and something that helped Mori at this point in her career.

This was back in 2015 when Morissette was only18. Morissette was asked to interview Jessie J of her upcoming concert. During the intrrview Morissette told Jessie J that she had sung WHO YOU ARE during her semifinals performance on the Voice Philippines, which Jessie J asked her to sing a sample of that song and when Morissette sang a snip of WHO YOU ARE Jessie asked her to sing with her on stage, and the rest is history 😄

2015. Before this song, Morissette Amon was eliminated from The Voice Philippines 🇵🇭. Ranked Nr 3. ABS CBN assigned her to interview Jessie J, who flew to Manila. Morissette Amon told Jessie J that news. On that elimination day, Morissette Amon sang Who You Are. Jessie J asked Morissette Amon to sing a few measures and was satisfied. This led to this concert. Great singing👍 This was an introduction to the international audience although it was in The Philippines 🇵🇭. Morissette Amon asked Jessie J for permission to sing some of her songs. 1 of the songs is listed further. Same year, suggested duet video 📹: Morissette Amon and Zephanie Dimaranan sing Bang Bang.

@@Room2703Reacts yeah she just got the gig to be back up last minute during break she was messing around singing with a pianist. Which wasn’t really allowed and Mariah was there unknowingly by others. M heard her sing Asked her manager about her and signed her to be back but that required her to go in tour she thought she would lose the opportunity .Mariah stood beside her basically and after the child was born she got different contract to her surprise as a solo artist not a backing vocal.

Wow, that sucks that she was eliminated on what is arguably a beautiful song... I'm hoping she doesn't hate it anymore! So much strength and love in those words and now she's got an everlasting, fantastic memory with it! Really glad I got to see this! 💯❤️
